At In Touch NYC Physical Therapy, I specialize in pilates-based rehabilitation, with a keen focus on pre and post-natal recovery. My expertise lies in treating conditions related to pre and post-natal care, pelvic floor disorders for women only, and various orthopedic conditions. One of the challenges I often see my patients facing is the need for patience throughout their recovery process. It’s a journey that requires time and dedication, and I am deeply committed to supporting them every step of the way.
What I particularly enjoy about working at In Touch NYC Physical Therapy is the diverse range of patients I get to interact with. This variety not only enriches my professional experience but also allows me to continually adapt and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
